Waking Up – a free meditation course.

This is a simple course in which I share my understanding and learnings from mindfulness meditation practices which have been a great support in my life. I point you towards establishing your unshakable joy of being.

There are 5 steps – each a very simple, short lesson with insights and one or more practices.  This only requires a little of your time.  Please go through each step at your own pace.  Take however long you wish.
