I have been hooked on Yoga since I was 18, and cannot imagine getting through life without it. I have learned various styles including Astanga Vinyasa, Sivananda and Kundalini Yoga. I developed Contact Yoga over 20 years ago, which combines the best aspects of yoga postures with supported, nourishing touch. It is very healing.
Safe, counterbalanced contact deepens our stretch and helps us grow. In partnership, a yoga practice can be truly satisfying and bonding.
