This is a simple course in which I share my understanding and learnings from mindfulness meditation practices which have been a great support in my life. I point you towards establishing your unshakable joy of being.
There are 5 steps – each a very simple, short lesson with insights and one or more practices. This only requires of your little time. Please go through each step at your own pace. Take however long you wish.
