Waking Up – Meditation Course

This course of meditation offers you 5 easy clear steps to follow, each guiding you through simple and enjoyable practices, which help to establish your innate unshakable joy of being.

Downloadable practices and lessons help you to explore your essence and to grow awareness, compassion and loving kindness in your life.

There are 5 lessons, 6 meditation practices and 15 useful links. You can pay nothing or any amount you like: a third of your contribution goes to charities that protect the environment to help endangered species.

Once you order this, go to the cart and checkout; then you will see another page and receive an email, from both of which you can download or open each file: It works best on a computer to save each file to a folder of your choice for later on (it seems hard to save files on phones, but I send you instructions to do that in the email too).

You can choose to pay nothing or any amount you like: a third of your contribution goes to charities that protect the environment to help conserve habitat and protect endangered species. Thanks.
